Fixing tests for clickhouse 23.3.

In clickhouse 22.3 and above insignificant zeros are not output more.

In clickhouse 23.3 instead of "[(0, )]" : "[(0,)]" without in insignificant space.

#394 also there is an issue with timezones.

Can you describe how can I check clickhouse version in tests?
I will add conditions for different versions
