Updates the retired Debian Chromium security pin to the currently available Bookworm security release.
Validation: targeted browser packaging, immutable-input, product-facts, release-input, and security-policy tests pass. The Docker build progresses through Chromium installation; it now stops at the separate retired Claude Code installer checksum.
