Mirror CortexLM/cortex miner/eval seed. Teacher host and URL are operator env only (RELEARN_TEACHER_API_URL, RELEARN_TEACHER_MODEL, RELEARN_TEACHER_API_KEY). Missing URL or key uses sim. Miner pays Lium via LIUM_API_KEY. No secrets, no control plane. Co-authored-by: Mathis <echobt@users.noreply.github.com>
