What does this PR do?

A simple notification service, which can stop the DevicesServer or exit the application in the notification.

Related issues

Note

  • Exit the program on iOS still requires testing
  • Maybe could start a new thread to check the status

Yes, but there are some problems with the code format. It is recommended that you directly open the vscode workspace file in the root directory next time, including the setting of the limit length of each line, so that the dart formatting tool can unify the format.
