Remove integer literal suffix "i" from non-complex

Add device command

We add the "--device" command to let the user to assign the device number to work. If not use "--deivce", than all devices are operated. For example, type "-e --device 3" to assign third device to erase chip, type "-e" to assign all devices to erase chips .
