- Bumps Electron base to 27.1, the most recent version supported by NodeGit
- Bumps Typescript to 5.3 and upgrades related eslint deps
- Bumps yarn to v4 and removes git package cache (v4 uses a local cache now)
- Raises Node version for dev/CI workflows to 20
- Switches to Webpack asset modules instead of specific loaders
