This commit updates all references to the Supabase project, replacing old URL and project key with new ones. Also, instructions in the README for setting up a remote environment on Supabase are added. Additionally, certain keys in the environment variables have been anonymized to maintain security.

This commit restores the `config.toml` file in the supabase directory that was inadvertently deleted. It retains the same configuration settings as the deleted file. Additionally, the `.gitignore` file has been updated to ignore specific Supabase-related files and directories.
The codebase was updated with new Supabase project URL in notification trigger, migration script, batch file, and environment file. Alongside, unused types and commented deletion commands in SQL scripts were also removed for cleaner and more efficient code.

The seed data for the authentication process has been updated. Changes include replacing dummy emails with actual gmail handles, introducing unique encrypted passwords for each user, and updating the email confirmation dates. Additionally, user metadata structure has been enhanced and cleaned up for better readability.
