FCM 알림을 보낼 때 해당 announceId를 데이터에 추가하여, 푸시알림 클릭 시 해당 알림 상세 페이지로 이동하도록 한다
📩 API Test
알림 클릭 시, 오른쪽 화면과 같이 해당 알림 상세 조회 페이지로 이동
