ActiPASS accelerometer file lists

Instead of choosing accelerometer files directly it is also possible to open a list of accelerometer files. This method is recommended if accelerometer files are in different locations or when participant IDs are not embedded in accelerometer filenames. Create a table with the column names "ID" and "Filenames" as shown above. The Filenames column should contain the full path to the accelerometer files corresponding to the ID.

All files in the list should come from same device type and it is not possible to mix Axivity *.cwa files and Actigraph *.csv files for an example. In order to determine the correct device type for a file-list containing CSV files, the header of the first file in the list is parsed. Therefore it is also not possible to mix *.csv files from multiple brands of accelerometers in the file-list.
