Updated to Evergine 2023.12.13.791-nightly and .NET8

- Updated to latest Evergine nightly, that requires .NET8. - Applied some migration scripts for VirtualScreenManager (that no longer exists) and InstancedEntities (no longer required). - Using latest develop version of MRTK. - Custom implementation to access some of old DeviceInfo data (no longer existing in Evergine.Platform). - Fix duplicated key for Painter icon material. We don't have the stack, but our guess is AssetsService, that is not thread-safe. Maybe, this provokes a runtime exception now, as latest Evergine compile not only scene assets, but also prefab assets.
