Update homepage event

To update the event displayed on the homepage, edit the data file located at _data/events.yml
.
The format for events is:
- title: "Q&A with Dr. Annetta Cheek"
date: 2017-11-08
link: https://digital.gov/event/2019/03/13/managing-your-plain-language-career/

To ensure that events get formatted correctly, you need to do the following:
- the title needs to be wrapped in quotes (see example)
- follow the
YYYY-MM-DD
format for thedate
field, as it is automatically converted to a more human readable format when displayed on the homepage:November 8, 2017
. - ensure that there's a line break after
description: >-
(see example above) - put four spaces in front of each new paragraph of description text (see example above)
- Verify that links in the description are formatted like:
[text to link](url-goes-here)
(see example above) - Apostrophes or quotes in your description will break the build if they do not have a slash in front of them —
