Hi 👋,

this PR resolves issue #11 by making the card title configurable using the title attribute.

Example yaml:

type: 'custom:kb-steam-card'
entities: sensor.steam_
title: 🎮 Steam

Note to the maintainer:
The package-lock.json has grown by ~23k LOC.
I just ran npm run build. I guess this is fine?
