The build summary dropdown was originally envisioned as a miniature build summary page to provide single-click access to commonly-used build information at a time when the sidebar did not exist. Now that the sidebar provides single-click access to the build summary page, and zero-click access to configure/build/test warning and error counts, the dropdown portion is redundant. This PR removes the dropdown portion. Removing the controls and clickable areas allows the space to be better used for other things in the future.
