Add support for Bluetooth write-notification communication style.
In this style, the communication is bidirectional, the data is sent from central to the peripheral using the write characteristic and received through the notification characteristic, which makes it event driven.
The interface should be drop-in replacement for the UART one, but it will require some changes in the initialisation code.
