Cannot start the GUI

Describe the bug
Hi excellent developers, I found this software would be greatly helpful for me. However, after I downloaded its Windows version I cannot start it successfully due to the following error message:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\Users\bzhao92\AppData\Local\Programs\peptdeep\_internal\alphabase\constants\const_files\common_constants.yaml'

I looked up my file explorer and cannot find the alphabase folder.
