Cursor Movement: Cursor is moved by position of head relative to the screen

Left click and Right click: Left click and right click is done by blinking left and right eyes respectively

Scroll: Opening mouth and moving head slightly up and down will scroll up and down respectively

Drag: closing both eyes triggers drag mode, moving head will drag the object. Closing both eyes one more time will leave drag mode.
