This PR removes the redundant kappa lever equations from the ring-breaking/making schedules. These were accidentally left following the LJ Coulomb split, where the nonbonded Coulomb for the ring-break pair was switched to be controlled via
coul_kappa. This omission didn't cause any problems, but would confuse a user if they examined the levers for the schedules.
