@halim-lee Thank you for the rebase and updates. The populate_scc.sh should be updated in 26.0.0.9. Added an inquiry about the libbz2.so* file. Looks good otherwise.

This line is present only for Dockerfiles using IBM Java 8. Is it not needed for Semeru?

Semeru on UBI micro has the library already.
Semeru:
bash-5.2$ ls /usr/lib64/libbz2.so*
/usr/lib64/libbz2.so.1 /usr/lib64/libbz2.so.1.0.8
IBM Java 8:
bash-5.2$ ls /usr/lib64/libbz2.so*
ls: cannot access '/usr/lib64/libbz2.so*': No such file or directory
