The final mainline electric train for the American region rebalance/expansion: the HSL-8 'Achilles', based on the Bombardier HHP-8. This electric locomotive is available starting in 1999, has a top speed of 135 mph, and a power of 8000 hp. As with the other OGE electrics, it's more expensive to purchase and run, but has abysmal reliability, on-par with the Turbo. If the player wants power and speed on a single car locomotive, it comes at a price. Uses horn sounds from #180 and #182
