All changes have been tested on local servers to ensure compatibility.

• Disabled hunger and removed food from the spawn-kit
• Changed the wool-room to use a block filter. The wool-room region was also adjusted using half-space region definitions for better accuracy
• Changed the heal effect to damage resistance in the spawn-kit, and increased its duration to 8s to account for the large spawn region
• Adjusted itemremove and itemkeep items
• Cleaned up and modernized the XML, along with several minor improvements
