This looks good. Some changes:
- If you're good with it, change the version information to non-beta.
- There are a few places with code marked "TODO" and some coding lines commented out. If this is good to go, can the commented code be removed, and the "TODO"'s removed?
- Provide the PR against the MOODLE_310_STABLE branch.
