The solve_vv has moved to a new location: https://github.com/OpenMP-Validation-and-Verification/OpenMP_VV

Reason: The ECP SOLLVE Project has concluded (as of December, 2023) but our work has not. We will continue to add new tests and keep the effort alive based on different funding sources.
