add support for loading repo as a package
add instructions to install through UPM

note that no files other than the Readme have been changed, only added. this does not in any way break existing files and functionality. |

by adding a json file and a matching meta for the json file, support is added to install this tool as a package through UPM in unity by using the github link and a subdirectory.
