13+ years building production systems across logistics, fintech, and e-commerce — React frontends, Node.js backends, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows. Currently building developer tooling for the AI era.

Staff-level work is measured in scope, not tickets:

• Architecture — owned frontend architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform (HyperTrack); designed the Single-SPA microfrontend split at Telio and migrated a monolithic Magento storefront onto it in ~6 months with zero downtime.
• Performance & cost — Lighthouse 23 → 75 and map-heavy pages 3s → 500ms at HyperTrack; 44 → 98 and 6s → 300ms at LendingKart, where localized A/B-tested landing pages moved conversion 7% → 22%. Migrating MapTiler → Amazon Location Services with Terraform cut mapping spend ~40%.
• People — led a ~5-engineer frontend team at Coviam, taking the PeopleHum HR platform greenfield 0 → 1; at Telio grew frontend from solo execution to a distributed team through hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
• Leverage — set the platform standards others build on (design system, Storybook component library, CI/CD quality gates) and open-sourced what generalised: infrawise, ragscope, and 3 Svelte 5 component packages.

MCP server that gives AI coding assistants deterministic infrastructure awareness — statically analyzes DynamoDB, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway so tools like Claude Code know your actual tables, indexes, and query patterns instead of guessing.
