Updates Process Agent to Go 1.26.6 and selects patched
cilium/ebpf0.22.0 for CVE-2026-10722. The required DataDog compatibility backport is in StackVista/datadog-agent-upstream-for-process-agent#852.Tracks StackVista/cve-reporter#30
