feat: additional model fields

Main improvements in this PR:

• Features:
  • model.proteinNames field as also defined in COBRA toolbox, supported by SBML and YAML file formats (solves support proteins field that match genes #558)
  • ravenCobraWrapper handles new proteinNames field and previously introduced metSmiles field
• Fixes:
  • importModel can handle paths that contain non-ASCII characters (solves importModel() randomly failing if path contains non-ASCII characters #562)
