Add e2e/run.sh, which builds the tool and drives a live touch through every supported tool against a real YubiKey, asserting each is classified; results and the full watcher log are written to e2e/last-run.log (E2E_LOG). flake.nix provides a dev shell with the build toolchain and all tools under test; the Makefile gains an 'e2e' target and overridable BPF_CFLAGS (?=) for Nix headers.
