v1.3 - flatpaked Steam support

• if flatpak version of Steam is detected, you can now select whether to install into the local Steam installation or the flatpak version
• small touch ups and refactoring

• directly target ~/.local/share/Steam/compatibilitytools.d/ to avoid symlink differences
• create /compatibilitytools.d/ if not already present

• added check if new release of the script is available
• added glibc version check for less "bleeding edge" distros, as TKG requires a recent version (currently 2.33)
