docs: fix broken star history chart links - #9

The star history chart is currently broken because the upstream provider can no longer serve it reliably under GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point both README files at the working mirror so the chart renders again.

The star history chart on the README is currently broken and needs to be fixed so it renders again. This updates both README.md and README.zh-CN.md to point the chart at a working mirror while keeping the existing hash-based link format and SVG endpoint.
