Tripletex is moving away from flow and we have started to use TypeScript in more of our projects. This is a intermediate release while we are migrating all our projects to typescript

Actually use the versions of packages that we use to day, if we want to upgrade we should do this at a later state. It was a mistake to assume that it would be easy to upgrade the existing codebase to work perfectly with the latest versions of eslint tools.
