BlueNova Virtual Airlines (BNV) is a VATSIM virtual airline based in the Netherlands. We operate scheduled and charter flights from a European hub network (Amsterdam Schiphol and partner hubs such as BRU, FRA, LHR, CDG, MAD, BCN) with intercontinental routes (JFK, LAX, DXB, SYD, etc.).
Pilots fly on MSFS 2024/2020, X-Plane, or P3D, file PIREPs via our Pilot Center and smartCARS, and use callsign prefix BNV (events: BNO). We do not use BNC on VATSIM (conflict with real-world Barnacle Air).

📚 Description
We request adding BNV to
custom-data/airlines.jsonso VATSIM Radar correctly labels BlueNova Virtual Airlines flights on the map.We already submitted a fictional airline ICAO request via GNG (~1 August 2026):

BNV is not yet listed on GNG fhairlines after ~4 weeks; the GNG form blocks duplicate submissions, so we are requesting inclusion here in parallel.
Primary network prefix: BNV (not BNC).
