The star history chart in the README was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point it to the new domain so it renders correctly again.

The star history chart shown in the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change updates the link and image sources to a working provider so the chart displays correctly again.
