This is the version v1.1.1 release of iMARGI-Docker source files. It's a minor bug-fix update from release v1.1.

  • The iMARGI-Docker image built based on release v1.1.1 is also released in Docker Hub.
    • It's the latest version now. You can pull it using the command docker pull zhonglab/imargi.
    • For tracking the history of iMARGI-Docker updates in Docker Hub, there is also an image with tag v1.1.1 in Docker Hub, which can be specifically pulled by docker pull zhonglab/imargi:v1.1.1.
