Collaboration between UO BGMP and NemaMetrix Inc.
The purpose of this tool is to provide NemaMetrix Inc. with the capacity to analyze raw RNA-seq reads for use in differential gene expression experiments. Additionally, this package can be used to validate library preparation and sequencing assays.
