This is a movie information web application built with React, TMDB API and SASS Library. The application allows users to search for movies and view detailed information such as release date, budget, revenue, and more.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following software installed on your computer:

Node.js

npm or yarn (recommended)

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

1. Clone the repository to your local machine:

git clone https://github.com/anniedavid13/aMovies.git

2. Navigate to the project directory:

cd aMovies

3.Install the required dependencies:

npm install

4. Replace <your_tmdb_api_key> with your TMDB API key. You can get your API key by signing up for a free account on The Movie Database (TMDB) website.

5. Start the development server:

npm start

6. Open your web browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000 to view the portfolio.
