Summary

When playbook is using ini formating for tasks, --fix breaks quotes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a playbook like following:

Run ansible-lint --fix:

Desired Behavior

Ansible-lint should not use ' around the quotes.

Possible security bugs should be reported via email to security@ansible.com

Actual Behavior

Ansible-lint creates '"/tmp/{{ script }}"' which breaks playbook.
