This PR adds the windows-0-day-bsod-recovery demo from here: https://github.com/oatakan/ansible-windows-0-day-bsod-recovery
It requires:
I created this as a standalone demo in it's own folder. In its current form it requires changing the Setup job template and add windows-bsod-recovery to the list demos to choose from in the survey.
I'm ok moving this under openshift or windows demo folders as that seems to be the most straight forward way to get it imported easily. The trade off is that it makes the setup.yml files in those demos larger and a bit more difficult to maintain.
