Believe their "welcome" check is authoritative so this is mostly correct altho |

In the spirit of not having to forth and back on which packages should be installed it be great to have a reference point, somewhere to point to an official documentation that says "install these for a minimal installation", not just a "trust me bro" PR. |

Port the Hyprland package refresh from upstream Archinstall PR archlinux#4643. Use Hyprland-native launcher and polkit packages, add the current clipboard, wallpaper, bar, and quickshell tools, and cover the expected package set with a regression test.

Updated the Hyprland packages for it's Desktop profile.
PR Description:
Hyprland on first startup now has a "Welcome" screen (
hyprland-welcome) that mentions these applications are missing and should be installed.Replaced 'wofi' with 'hyprlauncher' as is specifically made for Hyprland. Same with hyprpolkitagent.
