MI32: improve logging and BLE.info

Description:

• Add compact BLE.info() role and operation diagnostics.
• Improve BLE queue, task, callback, and discovery error reporting.
• Add safer GATT discovery diagnostics with buffer/guard validation.
• Reduce noisy routine logging without increasing RAM usage.
• shrink binary by about 1 kB
