`fetch.py` tutorial

1) The GUI display on startup

2) Enter your access token and "help"

3) All of your group chats' IDs will be displayed (shown below)____. Choose one and enter it in the Group ID textbox

4) The program will begin extracting the group chat into a JSON file. Once completed, the JSON file will be located in the same directory as `fetch.py`
