This is a GitHub repository related to Professor Zhang Yao-Wen's "Nano Integrated Circuit Physical Design" course. The repository contains code, learning materials, and other resources related to nano integrated circuit physical design.

Contents

  • pa1, pa2, pa3: These are my course outputs from March to June 2020, including partition, floorplan, and global placement solvers.
  • final project: This was a class team project for the ICCAD 2020 competition. I chose Problem D and used linear regression to interpolate/extrapolate the PVT information of the standard cell library. This project secured the second position in the class.
