PR Description

This PR refactors the docs functionality based on the role

Description of tasks that were expected to be completed

Redesign the landing page docs and add scrolling functionality
Work on the Adding docs by the admin and updating them
Retrieving Docs based on the user role

How has this been tested?

Clone this repository and navigate to the project directory
Ensure You have backend service running and set your .env file using .env.example.
