EPIC 1: User Account Management
- As a buyer or vendor, I want to be able to register, log in, and manage my account information, including profile details, password reset, and two-factor authentication.
- As an admin, I want to be able to manage all user accounts, including creating, updating, and deactivating accounts, as well as setting user roles and permissions.
