Description

  • Adds Sophon telemetry infra
  • Configures Sophon custom telemetry

Reason for Change

  • We must get rid of Sophon's metrics ingestion in default Otel collector, since it ingests all metrics on DD. Due to potential Sophon's metrics explosion we must decouple it so we can save costs on DD.
  • It's good to have Sophon's LC telemetry data still.

Tests

🟢 (PASSED) - Deploy/Configure Infra
🟢 (PASSED) - Filter out avail metrics on Sophon's Otel
🟡 (WIP) - Filter out Sophon's metrics on Hex Otel collector
