Make sure to use the latest version.
The tree most recent tld release series receive security support.
For example, during the development cycle leading to the release
of tld 0.12.x, support will be provided for tld 0.11.x, 0.10.x
and 0.9.x.
Upon the release of tld 0.13.x, security support for tld 0.9.x
will end.
