Neste PR levo o dicionário de dev atualizado para produção. Atualmente, o dicionário em prod não possui as colunas da tabela aihs_reduzidas.
Removi as colunas:
sexo_paciente, raca_cor_paciente, indicador_gestante_risco, indicador_infeccao_hospitalar
Renomeei a coluna
indicador_vinculo_previdencia para tipo_vinculo_previdencia
