I participated in the Business Plan event during the E-Summit at IIITDM Kancheepuram, where we were tasked with transforming a traditional manufacturing facility into a smart factory. Within the given time limit, we prepared and presented our PPT to the audience.
Our presentation focused on converting a conventional manufacturing setup into a modern, smart factory. We emphasized the integration of advanced technologies, automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and productivity. The project highlighted key benefits such as improved operational efficiency, reduced downtime, and real-time monitoring capabilities.
Outcome:
- First Prize: We secured the first prize and received a cash award of ₹2500.
This achievement underscores my ability to quickly analyze a problem, develop a comprehensive solution, and effectively communicate it to an audience.
