Gene expression data sets required for the exercises are available here: gene expression data. The covered species include Arabidopsis thaliana, Glycine max, Medicago truncatula, Musa acuminata, Populus trichocarpa, Solanum lycopersicum, and Zea mays. The quantification of gene expression was performed with kallisto based on the annotation distributed by Phytozome.
