I'm calling this the version 1.0 release, since as of now this template captures a good swath of the way we build projects. That said there are a few caveats.
- This version supports only python <= 3.9 and Django <=4.0.
- This version still has some documentation issues to iron out.
- This version does not yet have the client portal app
