This adds a Markdown version of the PDF/slideshow for English and Japanese. This improves accessibility for those who need or prefer text-only content in a more raw format.
Because I'm not a fluent speaker of Japanese, I just copied-and-pasted the text from the PDF. There are some characters that need to be fixed as a result. For the same reason, I did not update the Japanese README in the same way I updated the English README. In any case,
ja/inclusive_persona_extension_ja.mdprovides a good foundation from which to improve.
